PROBUILT Buildings was started in June, 2009 by Olen Yoder. As he realized the demand and need for quality built, affordable buildings, he set out to meet the needs of what customers were requesting. As the portable building business grew, PROBUILT developed wider and bigger buildings in new styles. Olen was born and raised in Paris, TN with a background in meat processing, a family tradition. He moved to Macon MS in December 2001.
Olen is an entrepreneur and doesn’t meet a stranger. He along with his wife Charity, operate and manage multiple companies in addition to PROBUILT Buildings. They have seven children who are also involved in the family businesses. Olen and Charity’s goal is to teach their children how to serve and help the local community with the talents and blessings that God has blessed them with. Kristie Glass is the Office Manager, where she handles, operations, marketing, insights, finance, human resources and works with our other supporting businesses.
Kristie joined PROBUILT, in 2016, she has more than 25 years of professional experience in business leadership positions at leading companies, including Sara Lee Foods, Weyerhauser and the State of Mississippi, Child Support Division.
Kristie is formally from Alabama and moved to Mississippi in 1990 after graduating from High School. She attended East Mississippi Community College and Mississippi State University where she holds a degree in Marketing. Kristie is married and has 4 step children. She and her husband also own a local business downtown.
Cheri Clark is the sales manager here at PROBUILT. She is in charge of sales and offers support to an ever expanding list of dealers. Cheri also works with manufacturing and logistics to keep customers appraised of the construction and delivery statuses of their buildings.
Cheri joined PROBUILT in 2012 and has worked in various positions within the company. By having experience in positions such as receptionist, accounting, collections, inventory management, quality control and salesperson, Cheri has a broad view of the total business. Although the business is constantly changing and evolving, Cheri strives to maintain the highest customer service, up to date dealer education and support to the owner and administrators.
Cheri is originally from North Carolina and has a B.S. degree with a minor in business. She attended East Carolina University and North Carolina State University and has experience in a wide range of jobs. She moved to Mississippi in 1996, is married, and has a horse and cattle farm in Crawford, MS.
John Hewitt is the production manager. He has the daunting tasks of overseeing the builders and keeping the shop running effectively and efficiently. Construction scheduling and prioritizing orders as well as maintaining adequate inventory levels of both buildings for dealer lots and building materials are simple sounding tasks that have huge impacts on our business. On top of that, John is over logistics and scheduling the deliveries, repairs and building moves as well as keeping the equipment maintained and serviceable.
John is originally from Georgia and has 25+ years of experience in painting civilian aircraft all over the United States. In addition to that, John brings over 12 years of residential housing construction to the table. His experience gives him the ability to problem solve and keep manufacturing and logistics running smoothly while maintaining a high level of quality control.
John is a devoted father to three children and loving grandfather to three grandsons and one granddaughter. He attended Macintosh Academy in Georgia.
